- Coordinate type of CE program: Face-to-Face, Self-Study, Web-Ex/Voice Data
- Recruit instructor in field of expertise or utilize internal presenter
- Develop and accredit requested topics and speakers
- Schedule courses with chosen organization/location
- Create all CE materials (Rosters, Evaluations, Certificates of Completion).
- Submit licensee information to State Boards for credit
- Communicate with board to insure attendees receive proper credit
- Follow-up with client to obtain records for archiving purposes
- Archive attendee records for 6 years or as required by state
