Wyoming Department of Insurance Making Changes to Course Completion Processing

Currently, the department requires licensees to submit their certificate to the department.  Beginning in late September, providers will be required to submit course completions via Vertafore (formerly Sircon).  Vertafore will charge $1.00 per person per credit hour.

Utah Will Be Charging $1.00 Per Credit Hour Per Person for CE Credits

OK Eliminates the 6-hour Workers Compensation Act CE Requirement

Effective November 1, 2012, the training mandate that required all adjusters that adjudicate Workers’ Compensation claims in the State of Oklahoma to complete 6 hours of Oklahoma specific continuing education will be eliminated (Amends 36 O.S. 2011, §6217).

Vermont modifies a previous announcement regarding the Reporting of Actions requirement
