New Adjuster Legislation for Washington State
Washington State has adjuster legislation which has been recently signed by the Governor. This legislation, which will become effective June 7, 2012, allows adjusters to designate a home state and eliminates the submission of fingerprints for non-resident adjusters. Indiana issues 60-day moratorium on license renewal due to recent severe weather
